We want you to love every book you order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return most items sold by KixonBooks within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition.

Eligibility

Books must be unused, unmarked, and in the same condition as received.
Original packaging (shrink-wrap, seals, etc.) must be intact where applicable.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Digital products, gift cards, and personalised items are non-returnable.

How to start a return

Email us at returns@kixonbooks.com.gh with your order number and reason for return. We'll issue a return authorisation and provide a pickup or drop-off address.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@kixonbooks.com.gh with a photo of the item and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
