Yes! We accept pre-orders for upcoming releases. Your card won't be charged until the book ships. You'll receive a reminder before payment is processed.

Accra Metro: 24 hours. Kumasi Metro: 24–48 hours. Other regions: 3–5 business days. Same-day delivery is available in select Accra zones.

Accra: ₵20. Kumasi: ₵25. Other regions: ₵35–₵50. Free delivery on orders over ₵500 within Accra and Kumasi.

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details where available.

We accept MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely via Paystack.

Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card or MoMo details.

Yes, cash on delivery is available in select areas within Accra and Kumasi for orders under ₵300. Additional fees may apply.

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in original condition. See our full Return Policy page for details.

Contact us within 48 hours at returns@kixonbooks.com.gh with a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
